Responsibilities
Track Infrastructure: Construction and repair of track fences, development of water stations and resting areas.
Surface Management: Maintenance of the outdoor arena, round pen, and soil stabilization in high-traffic zones.
Machinery: Operating and maintaining the tractor and equipment needed for leveling and hay transport.
Estate Maintenance: Various repairs in the stable, maintenance of green spaces and forest trails.
Special Projects: Collaborate with the team to optimize facilities as our restructuring plan evolves.
