Table of contents
Opening hours
Our establishment is open at all times.
Use of lighting
Lights in indoor areas and outdoor arena must be turned off when these areas are not in use. It is the responsibility of the user of the space to ensure that the lights are not on unnecessarily.
Outdoor arena and round pen
The riding arena and the round pen are used for :
- Horseback riding;
- Hitching;
- Groundwork;
- Classes.
The arena can accommodate more than one horse at a time for any of the above activities.
For clients releasing their horse in one of these areas, please be advised that if someone else shows up to do one of the above activities, that person will have priority; you must give way.
❗❗❗ Clients are responsible for picking up their horse’s manure. ❗❗❗
Release enclosure
As the name implies, this is an enclosure strictly reserved for releases. If more than one person wants to put their horse in, the time allowed is a maximum of 30 minutes per horse. If you are alone, there is no maximum time.
❗❗❗ Clients are responsible for picking up their horse’s manure. ❗❗❗
Stable aisles
Aisles are used for:
- Giving your horse care;
- Prepare your horse for the equestrian activity;
- Your blacksmith or veterinarian;
- Temporarily place a horse while cleaning its stall.
The aisles are available to all customers. Whether you are in an outdoor or indoor accommodation, you are entitled to it. Channels are not assigned to anyone; first come, first served. Also, when using the aisles, please pick up your belongings after using the space even if you are returning shortly.
❗❗❗ Users are responsible for picking up any messes or dirt produced by their passage or use of the walkways. ❗❗❗
Each lane has a broom, shovel, fork and trash can. Only manure and shavings can go into the conveyor. The rest should be disposed of in the trash. All garbage cans are equipped with a bag. If the bag is full, you are prompted to tie a knot, remove it and put on a new one. New bags are left at the bottom of the garbage can, under the old bag (if not, notify a supervisor).
Allocation of rented spaces
The allocation of stalls, outdoor pens and lockers is strictly up to the administration. Only the managers* are authorized to make decisions about the spaces you rent. If a change is required, a manager* will contact you.
Club house
The club house is open to all. You have at your disposal a stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, bathroom, space to rest and eat. You are asked to clean and put away the equipment you use.
Garbage disposal
A waste container is located to the northwest of the barn (to the left of the litter box). The barn’s garbage cans are all equipped with an emptying bag. It is important that the material be bagged before it goes into the container. The City of Quebec requires that all garbage be bagged prior to disposal.
Parking
The parking lot is located northwest of the roundabout (to the left of the roundabout if you are looking from Jean-Gauvin Road). Only authorized vehicles may park in front of or to the side of the barn.

Isolement d’un cheval et/ou quarantaine | |||
